Assess static and dynamic strength of components
We are experienced in determining strength of metal components. Assessment can be
- based on strain gauge measurement, FEM or analytical computation
- based on nominal, structural or effective notch stresses
- done for welded or non-welded components, moulds, cold formed or surface coated parts
- focused on static or dynamic strength
Assessed part can operate elevated or normal temperature. Load can cause proportional or synchronous stresses. If non-proportional stresses are considered FKM method provides approximation of component strength. Material of components can be steel, iron or Al-alloys.
From measured data we calculate load spectra to classify load cases.
