Adopt best practice to requirements and create manufacturing documentation.
Solution
As a contractor of AAT GmbH, we designed a lifts capable of elevating 600 kg payload up to 11 m in an automotive manufacturing facilities. Manufacturing documentation was created according to specification issued by the manufacturer, AAT GmbH. Input was native CAD models from a similar project. Checking strength or lifetime of critical components was also part of this task.
