Design of pretensioned elastomer static sealing for 500-1000 bar at elevated temperature.

Solution

We provided complete engineering and manufacturing service from conceptual work through material engineering to manufacturing. First we acomplished comprehensive FEM simulation amoungs lower pressure proven design and comceptions, latern we validated final geometry for nominal pressure and assembling loads.
