Check static and fatigue strength of safety relevant components and connections of a hoist.

Solution

Strength assessment of parts and heat affected zone of welded connections was performed according to FKM guideline. Seam size of welded connections size was determined in accordance with DIN, bearing lifetime and shear elements strength was checked according to industrial standards. We not just check the strength but also suggested modifications.
