Task
Take amorphous metal foil core from trays and put into plastic house without damaging the core.
Solution
As a subsidiary of GAH we created an inflatable core and a special shaped split gripper to grab the coil, press gently and push into the house. We created concept, built prototype and tested the performance of this bottle neck part of a complex project.
