Train engineers how to diagnose vibration of big rotating machine.

Solution

As a subcontractor of a complex coaching expert we held a day long training for engineers to be able to measure, analyse and draw the right conclusion from vibration time signals. The training was a spinoff of a technical expertise on the same domain and its purpose was to facilitate good understand of vibration diagnosis results. Training covered signal classification, time and frequency domain description, vibration level measures, sensor classification and basic principles, spectral analyse, FFT, analysation of stationer and non-stationer signals, error modes and spectral symptoms of big radial compressors.
