Solution

With the aid of a scanning fixture and automated measurement application we created measurement reports for each tray. Every tray has about 20 different dimensions to check.

Creating an adjustable stand that fits to the press and provides height adjustability for the existing discharge belts.

Solution

500 t press discharge area was measured, and a simple pneumatic wrench driven parallel spindle pair was installed on the columns of press frame. A beam provides supporting surface for the discharging belts.

Stopper of two similar worn-out bending machines had to be maintained.

Solution

Stopper was redesigned and was equipped with a position indicator to make product change easier and to avoid product damage.

Measure complex geometry of a gun barrel and create drawing in order to provide information for fixture design.

Solution

We scanned the section in consideration with a hand-held Freescan Combo metrology scanner. Cleaned the mesh, exported stl. From the mesh data we reverse engineered CAD file by DesignX app. Finaly we created drawing, exported dxf, pdf and step data.

Add a module to 3 different packaging machines creating small holes in packaging foil.

Solution

We scanned the machines in 3D and designed a module that can be implemented in any machine. By the time we finished building the module our customer terminated the contract.

Maintain and rebuild a used tread winding machines.

Solution

We analyzed the function of each part by testing the machine. Identified root cases of failures. 3D scanned and reverse engineered parts in scope of redesign. Completely disassembled 4 machines. Replaced all worn off or damaged parts. Pearl blasted and painted structural elements. After assembling testing took place prior to delivery.

Automate manual vision system.

Solution

We extended an existing vision system with automatic product feeding, manipulating in front of camera and sorting checked parts. We accomplished several try and error cycles for reliable gripping and manipulating of product. Finally, we released the machine with CE certificate.

Maintenance of a 35t press and safety guard installation for new tool.

Solution

We performed the maintenance of crank drive and hydraulic clutch and suply system of press. Control unyt was replaced and reprogrammed in order to handle new tool sensors and safety guard switches.

Worn-out components ware replaced after 3D scanning of adjacent parts to ensure functionality. Ball jointed pushing axle was redesigned to provide room for new tool.

Create labor equipment to investigate grape ultrasonic and high voltage treatment.

Solution

Together with PTE and Danubiana Ltd. we created two equipment. One for treating small batches with ultrasonic waves or high voltage. The labor equipment ensured even treatment and controlled sample temperature during treatment. Szőlészeti és Borászati Kutatóintézet performed the tests and evaluations of various grape samples at several treatment parameters (sonic power, treatment time, and so on). The other rather industrial-like equipment was capable of ultrasonic treatment of grapes of 100 kg/h mass flow at a small vinery. This item featured a 1 kW ultrasonic head and driving electronics.

Adopt high pressure low volume pumps to specification.

Solution

Based on the given sample we simplified the design of the pump, decreased its total length and cut manufacturing costs while performance remained the same. We manufactured 3 pieces from this item for different labor equipment.
