Solution

We extended an existing vision system with automatic product feeding, manipulating in front of camera and sorting checked parts. We accomplished several try and error cycles for reliable gripping and manipulating of product. Finally, we released the machine with CE certificate.

Maintenance of a 35t press and safety guard installation for new tool.

Solution

We performed the maintenance of crank drive and hydraulic clutch and suply system of press. Control unyt was replaced and reprogrammed in order to handle new tool sensors and safety guard switches.

Worn-out components ware replaced after 3D scanning of adjacent parts to ensure functionality. Ball jointed pushing axle was redesigned to provide room for new tool.

Create labor equipment to investigate grape ultrasonic and high voltage treatment.

Solution

Together with PTE and Danubiana Ltd. we created two equipment. One for treating small batches with ultrasonic waves or high voltage. The labor equipment ensured even treatment and controlled sample temperature during treatment. Szőlészeti és Borászati Kutatóintézet performed the tests and evaluations of various grape samples at several treatment parameters (sonic power, treatment time, and so on). The other rather industrial-like equipment was capable of ultrasonic treatment of grapes of 100 kg/h mass flow at a small vinery. This item featured a 1 kW ultrasonic head and driving electronics.

Adopt high pressure low volume pumps to specification.

Solution

Based on the given sample we simplified the design of the pump, decreased its total length and cut manufacturing costs while performance remained the same. We manufactured 3 pieces from this item for different labor equipment.

Demaged ball joint repair.

Solution

A damaged 3-piece ball joint was dismounted from a 35 t press. Parts were scanned, original actual geometry was measured by a laser scanner. Alignment errors were analyzed in 3D models revere engineered from point clouds. We created drawings for regulating the nests on CNC turning machines and redesigned the ball stud to ensure functionality and to elevate the upper dead-end position of press.

3 new conveyor and a rebuilt.

Solution

Because the customer installed a new machine the surrounding conveyor route must be reconfigured. Additionally due to increased throughput a conveyor had to be extended. As a supplier of Frontelektro we designed and built 4 conveyors for the food industry. We also replaced used plastic belts and sprockets.

Mechanical concept, design and built of tester.

Solution

As a supplier of Omegabite Ltd. we were responsible for the mechanical part of this complex project. Starting from conceptual 2D sketch through detailed modelling, manufacturing and CE certification we tackled challenges. Project leading and electrical design belonged to Omegabite Ltd. During testing, installation and refinements we were the local team of OMB.

Replace a servo driven linear module with a more robust and reliable, cheaper maintainable system without modifying any adjacent mechanical or electrical components.

Solution

After reverse engineering the affected parts of the machine we created a synchronous belt driven carriage with robust linear guidance. We kept the original servo drive and controller and choose the pulley size to have the same displacement as with the original spindle. We also remanufactured the chutes and affected guards. Checking the load of the servo drive was certainly part of this project and led to slight optimization of moving components.

We preassembled the module in our workshop and replaced it on site in a day. After successful test production we rebuilt additional 2 machines.

Create a semi-automatic laser marking station for PA6 parts.

Solution

Keyence laser marker behind special PC panels, while working environment is cleaned with an air filter designed for specific vapors. Jig positions the part while linear guidance ensures product manipulation between fix points.

PLC, HMI and safety locks make the machine CE-ready.

Create a device that pushes in and pulls out cutting tools of a 500 t cutting press.

Solution

We designed a synchronous belt driven tool capable of moving cutting tools of 6 tons. In order to cut costs we utilized the existing tool roller beds, adopted the drive and linear guidance and enforced the structure.
