Redesign critical, unreliable details of a complex machine in cooperation with the customer’s technologist engineer.

Solution

As a subcontractor we analyzed the errors revealed by the technologists, found theirs root case. We came up with solutions, compared the fatigue strength of developed parts to the failed ones and created manufacturing documentation. This complex engineering service resulted subcomponents what worked flawless and much cheaper spare parts.
