Solution

After a detailed survey we updated the process layout. In this 3D environment we refined our concept in cooperation with our Customer. An optimized, still sturdy modular conveyor system was implemented for this project. With the suspended belt system, we managed to ensure maximum free space for operators.

Solution

Our concept was to rearrange assembling and bending production steps. Bend two wires simultaneously and put the process on a rotating table.

We created conceptual models for budgeting purposes. After order was placed we worked in close cooperation with our Customer.

Creating an adjustable stand that fits to the press and provides height adjustability for the existing discharge belts.

Solution

500 t press discharge area was measured, and a simple pneumatic wrench driven parallel spindle pair was installed on the columns of press frame. A beam provides supporting surface for the discharging belts.

We analyzed the function of each part by testing the machine. Identified root cases of failures. 3D scanned and reverse engineered parts in scope of redesign. Completely disassembled 4 machines. Replaced all worn off or damaged parts. Pearl blasted and painted structural elements. After assembling testing took place prior to delivery.

Automate manual vision system.

Solution

We extended an existing vision system with automatic product feeding, manipulating in front of camera and sorting checked parts. We accomplished several try and error cycles for reliable gripping and manipulating of product. Finally, we released the machine with CE certificate.

Create labor equipment to investigate grape ultrasonic and high voltage treatment.

Solution

Together with PTE and Danubiana Ltd. we created two equipment. One for treating small batches with ultrasonic waves or high voltage. The labor equipment ensured even treatment and controlled sample temperature during treatment. Szőlészeti és Borászati Kutatóintézet performed the tests and evaluations of various grape samples at several treatment parameters (sonic power, treatment time, and so on). The other rather industrial-like equipment was capable of ultrasonic treatment of grapes of 100 kg/h mass flow at a small vinery. This item featured a 1 kW ultrasonic head and driving electronics.

Solution

Based on the given sample we simplified the design of the pump, decreased its total length and cut manufacturing costs while performance remained the same. We manufactured 3 pieces from this item for different labor equipment.
