Facilitate analysation of a complex production system

Solution

Plant model in Simulink with 17 factors and 4 responses was created to study equilibrium states and slow changes. We used analytic approach to set up differential system of equations. We also used statistical methods to construct 2nd order response surfaces of certain responses. Parameter estimation was in usage for final model fitting.
